Yes, for detailing. We’re fully mobile and detail boats at docks, lifts and marina slips all around Lake Norman. Gelcoat restoration is the exception: it’s done on land (on your trailer or at our shop location) to keep sanding and compound residue out of the lake. Ask about transport.
Yes. The Mariner and The Captain can be done with the boat on its lift. The Admiral (3-stage compound) can be done on a lift too, but it’s best done on a trailer. Our 5-step gelcoat restoration is never done on a lift or in the water: it’s done on land (on your trailer or at our shop location) to keep sanding and compound residue out of the lake. Ask about transport.
The Admiral takes about 2–3 days, depending on the size and condition of the boat.
The Mariner keeps a cared-for boat clean, The Captain adds wax or sealant to protect the gelcoat, and The Admiral adds a 3-stage compound for dull gelcoat. Chalky, heavily faded gelcoat may need our 5-step gelcoat oxidation restoration. Send us photos and we’ll recommend one.
